Built in 1580 as the residence of the Hohenbühel zu Heufler family, this place has journeyed through the centuries while preserving its soul. Today, thanks to Norbert Niederkofler, Ansitz Heufler is reborn: among Renaissance walls and ancient symbols, every detail tells a legacy of art and hospitality.

Norbert Niederkofler
Born and raised in the mountains of South Tyrol, Norbert Niederkofler has transformed his roots into a universal language. After gaining international experience, he chose to return home, bringing with him a fresh vision of cuisine and hospitality: ethical, profound, and deeply connected to the land.
With the "Cook the Mountain" philosophy, the three-Michelin-star chef interprets nature through respect - for its rhythms, its producers, and the alpine heritage. Every project he undertakes stems from a desire to preserve and share the mountains in their most authentic form.
Ansitz Heufler is the most intimate expression of this vision: a place where time slows, history intertwines with the contemporary, and the experience becomes an act of culture and awareness.

AlpiNN is a window onto the Dolomites, where food becomes a language and the table a space for sharing. A restaurant with a contemporary soul, in which the “Cook the Mountain” philosophy is expressed in a direct and convivial way through three distinct identities: Food Space, The Lounge, and The View. Three different ways of experiencing Alpine cuisine, with a single gaze turned toward the mountains.
Atelier Moessmer is the most intimate and experimental heart of Norbert Niederkofler’s vision. A place dedicated to high Alpine cuisine, where “Cook the Mountain” reaches its highest expression through research, technique, and deep respect for nature.
