A moment dedicated to mindful movement, breathing and tranquillity, in one of the most evocative settings at Ansitz Heufler by Norbert Niederkofler.
The lesson is adapted to the participants’ level and needs and, weather permitting, takes place outdoors, surrounded by the landscape of the Antholz Valley. Alternatively, the practice takes place in the intimate atmosphere of the Herrenstube.
At the end of the lesson, a Tea Experience with Eleonora invites guests to extend this moment of well-being with calm and awareness.
The Experience includes:
· Private Hatha yoga or Ashtanga Yoga lesson
· Professional yoga mats and towels
· Tea Experience at the end of the practice
· Held outdoors, weather permitting, or in the Herrenstube
