An Autumn Rooted in South Tyrolean Tradition

When autumn arrives in South Tyrol, it marks the beginning of "Törggelen" season: it is one of South Tyrol’s most authentic autumn traditions — a convivial celebration of young wine, seasonal flavours and the pleasure of coming together around the table.

From 3 October to 7 November 2026, every Saturday and Sunday at lunch, Ansitz Heufler will serve a specially created Törggelen menu, rooted in South Tyrolean tradition and interpreted through the philosophy of Cook the Mountain.

The Törggelen Menu

  • Bread and Butter
  • South Tyrolean speck, cured meats and cheeses
  • "Gerstesuppe" - Barley Soup - and Tirtlan
  • "Schlachtplatte" - Selection of meats to share
  • Krapfen
  • Roasted chestnuts

65.00 € per Person

The price includes a welcome glass of grape must, ¼ l of wine selected by our sommelier, the Törggelen menu and roasted chestnuts. Cover charge, water and additional beverages are charged separately. A vegetarian alternative is available upon request when booking.
